三是共赢赞歌。地方合作是中英合作共赢的重要载体。近年来，中英地方合作成果丰硕。两国成立了地方合作联合工作组，这是中国与欧洲国家建立的首个地方经贸合作机制。双方还建成68对友好省市，其中包括伯明翰与广州、南京、长春的三对友城关系。上个月，华为5G培训中心在伯明翰正式揭幕。未来的中英关系，更要依靠地方、扎根地方、造福地方。

Cooperation at the local government level is an important part of China-UK win-win cooperation. Such cooperation has produced fruitful results in recent years.
Our two countries have set up the China-UK Region to Region Working Group. This mechanism is the first of its kind between China and a European country.
There are 68 pairs of sister provinces and cities between our two countries, including the sister relationships that Birmingham has with Guangzhou, Nanjing and Changchun.
Last month, the Huawei 5G Training Centre was officially launched in Birmingham.
Going forward, China-UK relations will continue to draw strength from the cooperation at the regional level and deliver benefits to local communities.
