乙方根据本协议所提供的一切图纸、设计、说明书及其他技术资料，甲方均须严格保密，未得乙方的书面同意，甲方不得以任何方式出售、转让或泄露给任何人，但不包栝甲方生产合同产品使用技术资料的雇员。
(2)非限制性定语从句的翻译：非限制性定语从句与它所说明的先行词关系并不很密切，只是起一种补充说明的作用，因此，非限制性定语从句的翻译基本上采用分译的方法处理。分译时可重复先行词或省译先行词。例如：
⑥ If the Borrower wishes to borrow an amount equal to the total Loan commitment hereunder, it shall, not later than 5:00 p. m. New York City on the fifth Banking Day next preceding the date it withes to designate for such borrowing，give the Agent notice, substantially in the form set forth in Exhibit C，of such date ( the“ Disbursement Date” )，which shall be a Banking Day prior to the Termination Date, and the account in New York City, to which the loans are to be credited.
如果借款人希望借入与全部贷款承诺相等的数额，则应在不迟于他愿意指定的上述借款日之前5个银行工作日纽约时间下午5时，基本上按照附录C的格式，向代理发出关于该日（付款日）的通知，该日应为终止日之前的一个银行工作日，并告知其在纽约的账户，贷款的收入记入该账户。
⑦ If, through the Seller's default，the shipment is delayed beyond 30 days, the Buyer shall then be entitled to make other purchase of the same sort of goods at any lower market price；or he may cancel its order through a telegram to the Seller，which is required to get to the latter prior to the beginning of any shipment.
如果由于卖方违约，装船延期超过30天，在此期间，买方有权以任何市场低价另行购买同类货物，买方也可以用电报通知卖方取消订货，但此电报须在装运之前到达卖方。
非限制性定语从句比较简短，或与主句关系较密切，或与其他修饰名询的定语关系较密切时，要采用合译法，即将其译成“……的”。例如：
⑧ In the event that the shipment should not be made within the time stated in the purchase order, the Buyer may make the purchase elsewhere and charge the Seller for any loss incurred, unless the delay in shipment is due to unforeseeable causes beyond the Seller's control，for which the Seller is not responsible.
若装船未能按本购货订单中规定的时间进行时，除非造成装船延期是卖方无法控制因此无法承担责任的非可预见性原因所致，买方可到其他地方购买， 并要求卖方承担由此造成的损失。
⑨The Sellers shall not be responsible for delay in shipment or non-delivery of the goods due to Force Majeure，which has occurred during the manufacturing process or in the course of loading or in transit.
因在生产、装运或运输过程中发生的不可抗力事件，卖方对迟交或未交货不负责任。
