5. 对屏尖:在对耳屏游离缘的尖端，即对耳屏1、2、4区交点处(图249、图250)。
6. 缘中:在对耳屏游离缘上，对屏尖与轮屏切迹之中点处，即对耳屏2、3、4区交点处(图249、图250)。
