(1) 表与图的表达

①...见表(图)...: ...is showed / presented in Table (Figure) ...

②表(图)...说明...: Table(Figure)...shows/indicates/demonstrate/ illustrate (that)...

③正如表(图)...所示: as showed in Table(Figure)...

④...与...密切相关:...was strongly associated with...

⑤...与...反相关：...was inversely correlated with...

⑥...与...成正比: ...was in direct proportion to...

⑦...增加...: ...was increased to / by...

⑧...减少...:...was decreased / reduced / dropped / lowered / declined by / to...

⑨...与...成反比:...was inversely indirectly proportional to...

⑩...与...相比: ...was compared to /with...

(2) 多数值的表达，常采用并列形式，可用逗号，分号或括号隔开。例如：

① 胰腺炎5例和心肌炎2例:pancreatitis, 5 patients and myocarditis，2 patients

② 恶心呕吐 11/14，腹泻7/14：nausea and vomiting(11 of 14)，diarrhoea (7 of 14)

(3) 表示数量中的一部分，用介词of，out of，among等。例如：

① 42例患者中有33例(79%) : in 33 of 42 patients (79%)

② 81%(17/21):81% (17 out of 21 patients)

③ 26例患者中有 15例患：Of the26 patients，15 had..

④ 在600例中有183例，即30.5%：Among the 600 subjects，183 (30.5%) had ...

(4) 直接采用数字形式及符号，如>、≤、=、+、-、×、÷等。例如：

脾重/体重×100=克(脾)/100克体重：spleen weight/body weight × 100 and expressed as g/ 100g body weight

(5)表达数值范围

① 在...之间：range from...to...; range between... and...: vary from...to...; vary between...and ...; with a range of...to...

② 从...到... : from...to...; ...to...; ... / ...

(6) 表示比、比例和率，如：ratio;：：/; vs.；rate等。例如：

① 男女之比15:13: The ratio of male to female is 15:13.

② THF与 allo-THF之比值：the ratio of THF to allo-THF

③ 辅助T细胞/抑制T细胞之比值：T-helper/T-suppressor ratio

④72%比42%：72%vs.42%
