四是架设互学互鉴桥梁。习近平主席指出，要积极架设不同文明互学互鉴的桥梁，形成多文化互动的人文交流格局。我们要深入开展教育、科学、文化、体育等领域人文合作，加强议会、政党、民间组织往来，密切妇女、青年、残疾人等群体交流，促进不同民族、不同宗教之间的多元共存与和平包容。未来5年，中国将邀请共建“一带一路”国家的政党、智库、民间组织等1万名代表来华交流，将持续实施“丝绸之路”中国政府奖学金项目，举办“一带一路”青年创意与遗产论坛、青年学生“汉语桥”夏令营等活动，形成多层互动的人文交流格局，谱写更多精彩的丝路故事。

Fourth, to build the bridge of mutual learning. President Xi Jinping pointed out that we need to build bridges for exchanges and mutual learning among different cultures, in order to facilitate multi-faceted people-to-people exchanges. For this we need to deepen cooperation in education, science, culture, sports, tourism, health and archaeology, strengthen exchanges between parliaments, political parties and non-governmental organizations as well as exchanges between women, young people and people with disabilities, and promote coexistence, peace and inclusiveness among different ethnicities and religions. In the coming five years, we will invite 10,000 representatives of political parties, think tanks and non-governmental organizations from Belt and Road participating countries to visit China. We will also continue to run the Chinese government scholarship Silk Road Program, host the International Youth Forum on Creativity and Heritage along the Silk Roads and the "Chinese Bridge" summer camps. These will lead to the formation of a multi-layer pattern for cultural communication as well as more fantastic stories on the Silk Road.

　　五是深化中孟务实合作。习近平主席将“一带一路”比喻为亚洲腾飞的两只翅膀，强调“一带一路”倡议的首要合作伙伴是周边国家，首要受益对象也是周边国家。孟是南亚首批响应“一带一路”倡议的国家之一。在中孟两国元首的共同引领下，中孟秉持“共商、共建、共享”原则，一大批合作项目落地生根，“一带一路”成为两国人民的机遇之路、发展之路。站在新的历史起点上，需要中孟双方继续发挥元首外交引领作用，着力加强全方位互联互通，推动形成基建引领、产业集聚、经济发展、民生改善的综合效应，深化“一带一路”框架下的务实合作。

Fifth, to deepen China-Bangladesh practical cooperation. President Xi Jinping likened the Belt and Road initiative to the two wings of a soaring Asia. He also stressed that the main partners of the Belt and Road Initiative are China's neighbors, and they will be the first to benefit from it. Bangladesh is among the first South Asian countries that responded to the BRI. Under the leadership of the two countries, and the principle of extensive consultation, joint contribution and shared benefits, a large group of cooperation projects have been carried out in Bangladesh. The BRI became of road of opportunities and development for both of our people. Standing on a new starting point, China and Bangladesh need to give play to the leading role of head-of-state diplomacy, strive to enhance all-round connectivity that produces multiplying effects in infrastructure development, industrial clustering, economic growth and people's well-being, and deepen our practical cooperation under the BRI.

The BRI is a long term project and a common cause for global partners. China would like to work with all parties to promote the high-quality Belt and Road cooperation in the spirit of an architect refining the blueprint. We are willing to, together with cooperative partners, sow the seeds and reap the fruits.
