　　大家好！欢迎大家参加中国驻孟使馆举行的第二届“一带一路”国际合作高峰论坛媒体智库吹风会。共建“一带一路”倡议提出6年以来，一直受到媒体智库朋友们的广泛关注，特别是第二届高峰论坛受到大家的热议和持续关注。我在此，谨代表中国驻孟使馆对媒体智库朋友们的支持和关注表示感谢！借此机会，我愿向大家介绍本届高峰论坛的重要成果和预期展望。

Good afternoon. Welcome to the press conference on the 2nd Belt and Road Forum for International Cooperation (BRF) held by the Embassy of China in Bangladesh. Since the Belt and Road Initiative was proposed 6 years ago, it has been receiving a great amount of attention from think tanks and media, especially so for the 2nd BRF, which came under the spotlight of the public opinions and comments. On behalf of the Chinese Embassy, I'd like to express my appreciation for your support and attention. And taking this opportunity, I'd like to give a briefing on the outcomes and expectations of the BRF.

　　一、第二届“一带一路”国际合作高峰论坛取得一系列具有标志性意义的重要成果

　　4月25日至27日，第二届“一带一路”国际合作高峰论坛在北京成功举行。论坛的主题是共建“一带一路”、开创美好未来。论坛期间举行了高峰论坛开幕式、领导人圆桌峰会、高级别会议、12场分论坛和1场企业家大会。包括中国在内，38个国家的元首和政府首脑等领导人以及联合国秘书长和国际货币基金组织总裁共40位领导人出席圆桌峰会。来自150个国家、92个国际组织的6000余名外宾参加了论坛。

1. The 2nd BRF achieved a series of remarkable outcomes.

From April 25 to 27, 2019, the Second BRF was successfully held in Beijing. This year's forum is themed on Belt and Road Cooperation: Shaping a Brighter Shared Future. The forum includes the opening ceremony, the Leaders' Roundtable, the high-level meeting, 12 thematic forums, and a CEO conference. 40 leaders attended the roundtable, including heads of state and government from 38 countries including China, United Nations (UN) Secretary General and Managing Director the International Monetary Fund (IMF). Over 6,000 foreign guests from 150 countries and 92 international organizations participated in the forum.

　　论坛期间，习近平主席出席高峰论坛开幕式并发表主旨演讲，全程主持了领导人圆桌峰会，同与会各国领导人举行了双边会见。在习近平主席的亲自主持和引领下，与会各方就共建“一带一路”深入交换意见，普遍认为“一带一路”是机遇之路，就高质量共建“一带一路”达成广泛共识，取得丰硕成果。这些共识和成果集中体现在领导人圆桌峰会一致通过的联合公报和中方作为主席国汇总发布的成果清单中。从习近平主席主旨演讲、圆桌峰会联合公报、成果清单三个方面的具体内容来看，可以总结出以下几大成果亮点：

During the forum, President Xi Jinping attended the opening ceremony of the second BRF and delivered a keynote speech. He chaired the whole Leaders' Roundtable and held bilateral meetings with leaders of participating countries. With President Xi Jinping's presiding over and guidance, the participating parties had an in-depth exchange of views on the Belt and Road cooperation and widely saw the Belt and Road Initiative (BRI) as a great opportunity. They reached broad consensus on high-quality Belt and Road cooperation, delivering substantial results. The consensus and outcomes are reflected in the Joint Communique adopted unanimously at the Leaders' Roundtable and in the List of Deliverables compiled and released by the Chinese side as the host country.There are six major outcome highlights summarized from President Xi Jinping's keynote speech, the Joint Communique of the Leaders' Roundtable, and the List of Deliverables:

　　一是共绘蓝图指引未来合作行动。习近平主席在开幕式主旨演讲中强调，共建“一带一路”要向高质量发展，要秉持共商共建共享原则，坚持开放、绿色、廉洁理念，实现高标准、惠民生、可持续目标。这些重要内容完整写入了圆桌峰会联合公报成为国际共识，这些共识为共建“一带一路”合作的发展指明了方向，与会各方一致认为这将使各国互联互通更加有效、经济增长更加强劲、国际合作更加密切、人民生活更加美好。高质量共建“一带一路”是习近平主席面向世界提出的重要理念，这一重要理念顺应了“一带一路”合作伙伴的普遍期待，明确了各国携手努力的前进方向，这是共建“一带一路”理念的拓展与升华，将引领各方更好地绘制精谨细腻的“工笔画”，让共建“一带一路”惠及天下，让各国人民普遍受益。

First, drawing the blueprint for future cooperation actions. President Xi Jinping stressed in his keynote speech at the opening ceremony on promoting high-quality Belt and Road cooperation based on the principles of extensive consultation, joint contribution and shared benefits, pursuing open, green and clean cooperation, and sticking to high-standard, people-centered, and sustainable development. These concepts were included in the Joint Communique of the Leaders' Roundtable as an international consensus. The consensus points out the direction for the cooperation development under the BRI, aiming at higher efficiency in connectivity, stronger economic growth, closer international cooperation and a better life for the people. President Xi Jinping proposed the important concept of high-quality Belt and Road cooperation from a global perspective, as a response to the common expectations of the global partners, and as a direction for future joint efforts. The broadened and enriched vision of the Belt and Road cooperation will guide the participating parties to better paint the exquisite picture and enable the Belt and Road cooperation to widely benefit people from different countries.
