（2）原文中的“The disposal of...”是英语法律文本中的名词化结构做主语行文特点的显示，但为了确保译文的衔接性并顾及汉语法律文本的行文特点，应译为动宾结构“弃置……”。
（3）原文使用了被动句式“...are specified...”，在理解过程中，我们可以对句子的结构进行调整，将主宾调换，理解为“ the Contract specifies...”，译为“合同约定了……”。这样可以把原文的语言重点突出地表达出来，并且更加符合法律文本的行文特点。
