1. 睛明(BL1)：在面部，目内眦角稍上方凹陷处(图1)。
本穴的针刺操作方法参照“承泣穴”，不同的是医者应将患者的眼球压向外下方固定(图2、图3)。
2. 攒竹(BL2)：在面部，当眉头陷中，眶上切迹处(图1)。
3. 眉冲(BL3)：在头部，当攒竹直上人发际0.5寸，神庭与曲差连线之间(图4)。
4. 曲差(BL4)：在头部，当前发际正中直上0.5寸，旁开1.5寸，即神庭与头维连线的内1/3与中1/3交点处(图4)。
5. 五处(BL5)：在头部，当前发际正中直上1寸，旁开1.5寸(图4)。
6. 承光(BL6)：在头部，当前发际正中直上2.5寸，旁开1.5寸(图5)。
7. 通天(BL7)：在头部，当前发际正中直上4寸，旁开1.5寸(图5)。
8. 络却(BL8)：在头部，当前发际正中直上5.5寸，旁开1.5寸(图5)。
9. 玉枕(BL9)：在后头部，当后发际正中直上2.5寸，旁开1.3寸，平枕外隆凸上缘的凹陷处(图6)。
10.天柱(BL10)：在项部，大筋(斜方肌)外缘之后发际凹陷中,约当后发际正中旁开1.3寸(图6).
1. Jingming (BL1): on the face, 0.1 cun lateral and superior to the inner canthus, near the medial orbital border (Fig. 1).
The needling technique is similar to that applied to STI, except inaddition, the practitioner should press the patient's eyeballin the lateral and inferior direction.
2. Zanzhu (BL2): on the face, in the depression proximal to the medial end of the eyebrow, directly above the inner canthus(Fig.1).
3. Meichong (BL3): on the head, directly above Cuanzhu (BL2), 0.5 cun above the anterior hairline, located on a lineconnecting Shenting (DU24) and Qucha (BLA) (Fig. 4).
4. Qucha (BL4): on the head, 0.5 cun above the anterior hairline, 1.5 cun lateral to Shenting. 1/3 of the distance between Shenting (DU24) and Touwei (ST8) (Fig. 4).
5. Wuchu (BL5): on the head, 1 cun directly above the midpoint of the anterior hairline and 1.5 cun lateral to the midline (Fig. 4).
6.Chengguang(BL6): on the head, 2.5 cun directly above the midpoint of the anterior hairline and 1.5 lateral to the midline (Fig. 5).
7. Tongtian (BL7): on the head, 4 cun directly above the midpoint of the anterior hairline, and 1.5 lateral to the midline(Fig. 5).
8. Luoque (BL8): on the head, 5.5 cun directly above the midpoint of the anterior hairline, and 1.5 cun lateral to the midline(Fig. 5).
9. Yuzhen (BL9): on the occiput, 2.5 cun directly above the midpoint of the posterior hairline and 1.3 cun lateral to the midline, in the depression on the level of the upper border of the extermal occipital protuberance (Fig. 6).
10. Tianzhu (BL10): on the nape, in the depression of the lateral border of the trapezius muscle and 1.3 cun lateral to the midpoint of the posterior hairline (Fig. 6).
