1. 尺泽(LU5)：在肘横纹中，肱二头肌腱桡侧凹陷处(图1、图2)。
定取尺泽穴时应微屈肘，以使肱二头肌腱暴露得更加明显(图3)。
2. 孔最(LU6)：在前臂掌面桡侧，当尺泽与太渊连线上，腕横纹上7寸(图2)。
3. 列缺(LU7)：前臂桡侧缘，桡骨茎突上方，腕横纹上1.5寸，肱桡肌与拇长展肌腱之间(图32)。
两手虎口交叉，一手食指按在另一手的桡骨茎突上，食指尖下是该穴(图4)。
4. 经渠(LU8)：在前臂掌面桡侧，桡骨茎突与桡动脉之间的凹陷处，腕横纹上1寸(图2)。
5. 太渊(LU9)：在腕横纹桡侧，桡动脉搏动处(图2)。
1. Chize (LUS): on the transverse cubital crease, on the radial side of the tendon of biceps brachii (Fig. 1. Fig. 2).
To locate the point: when locating Chize,one should bend the elbow slightly to make the tendon of biceps brachii more
prominent (Fig. 3).
2. Kongzui (LU6): on the medial border of the radius, along the line connecting Chize (LUS) and Taiyuan (LU9), 7 cun
proximal to the distal wrist crease (Fig. 2).
3. Lieque (LU7): on the radial aspect of the forearm, above the styloid process of the radius, 1.5 cun proximal to the
transverse crease of the wrist, between the tendons of brachioradialis and abductor pollicis longus (Fig. 2).
To locate this point:cross the index fingers and thumbs of both hands, the point is in the depression right under the
tip of the index finger (Fig. 4).
4. Jingqu (LU8): on the radial aspect of the forearm, 1 cun proximal to the transverse crease of the wrist in the
depression between the styloid process of the radius and the radial artery (Fig. 2).
5. Taiyuan (LU9): at the radial end of the transverse crease of the wrist, in the depression on the radial side of the radial artery (Fig. 2).
