解脉令人腰痛，痛引肩[《太素》“引肩”作“引膺”]目(目㐬)(目㐬)[《太素》“(目㐬)”作“(目芒)”]然，时遗溲，刺解脉，在膝[《太素》“膝”作“引”，袁刻《太素》“筋肉”作“筋内”]筋肉分间郄外廉之横脉出血，血变而止。

When treating, prick the Untied Channel to cause bleeding, and stop the pricking when the blood in purple turns into red. The Untied Channel is on the horizontal line of the muscular prominence between the two tendons behind the knee (Weiyang point BL.39).
解脉令人腰痛如引带[《甲乙》“如引带”作“如裂”]，常如折腰状，善恐;刺解脉，在郄中结络如黍米，刺之血射以黑，见赤血而已。
