译文说明：
“在生理上”可改译为physiologically，in terms of可省略掉。“相互资助，相互促进”可揉合在一起译作inter-promoting，不必 一 一译出。更何况将“相互资助”译作helping each other，如同童话一般，实不足取，所以整个译文可改译为：
Physiologically, the spleen and kidney are interpromoting.
9. 老年人常见的小便失禁、多尿等，即多为肾气衰弱所致。
The incontinence of urine and polyuria, which is always found in old people, is usually caused by the decline of kidney qi.
译文说明：
“小便失禁”、“多尿”多见于老年人，这是不言而喻的，不必作很多的解释，which is found完全可省略掉。“肾气衰弱”可简洁地译作hyponephroqi，the decline of亦可省略掉。这样，整个 译文可改为：
The incontinence of urine and polyuria in old people is usually caused by hyponephroqi.
