思维障碍(thinking disorders)

思维是人类认知活动(recognition)的高级形式，其异常可分为各种思维形式的障碍及思维内容的障碍，如：妄想(delusion)。思维障碍往往对精神疾病的诊断有很大帮助。如:思维奔逸(flight of thought)、夸大妄想(grandiose delusion)常见于躁狂(vesania)发作;而思维迟缓(inhibition of thought)、罪恶妄想(delusion of guilt)则多见于抑郁发作(psycholepsy);而思维破裂(splitting of thought)、思维中断(blocking of thought)、思维插入(thought insertion)、思维扩散(diffusion of thought)、被害妄想(delusion of persecution )、关系妄想(delusion of reference)等则对诊断精神分裂症有重要作用。
