功能失调性子宫出血(dysfunctional uterine bleeding)

属于异常子宫出血(abnormal uterine bleeding, AUB)。分为无排卵性功血(anovulatory dysfunctional uterine bleeding)和排卵性月经失调(ovulatory menstrual dysfunction)。排卵性月经失调(ovulatory menstrual dysfunction)常见的两类为:黄体功能不足(luteal phase defect, LPD)和子宫内膜不规则脱落(irregular shedding of endometrium)。功能失调性子官出血(dysfunctional uterine bleeding)的主要病理学改变在子宫内膜(endometrium)。子官内膜病理改变:子宫内膜增生症(endometrial hyperplasia)、增生期子宫内膜(proliferative phase of endometrium)和萎缩型子宫内膜(atrophic endometrium)。
