这些术语均是指法律文件(如合同、遗嘱等)中所约定或规定的要求履行某些行为的条件。区别在于single condition是指要求只履行一种特定的行为,故为“履行一种行为的条件要求”[1]。copulative condition是指要求履行多项行为,故为“履行多项行为的条件要求”[2]。disjunctive condition则为“履行多项行为中的一项的条件要求”[3]
