上述单词均有驱逐或取消的含义。在公司法中，amotion是指按普通法之程序，经股东大会同意解除公司某高级官员职务， 如因故解除某人董事职务[1 ]，但其仍然可保留其公司成员资格。 而disfranchisement和expulsion则都是指取消某人作为公司成员的资格[2]。
