两词组均为“追加的传票”，所传唤的都是当事人，区别在于alias summons为“第一次追加传票”，作用是取代最初的传票[1]。pluries summons (也称为 pluries 或 pluries writ)则是“第二次追加传票”，其是在original和alias summons未生效而签发的传票[2]。
