三个单词均有取消或废除的含义。abrogation表示正式经受权行为取消或废除下级机关颁布的某部法律、命令、规则等, 常等同 cancellation 或 annulment[1]。derogation 则表示废除一部法律的某一部分，故其应为“部分废除”[2]。antiquation多指用新法置换过时旧法的方式废除或取消某部法规[3]。
