The questions are structured correctly but, to Americans, they can sound impolite and unnatural.“问工作”最直接的询问方式就是“What is your job?”或者“What are you?”，但美国人基本上不会使用他们。虽然语法上没什么错误，但对于美国人来说，这样询问听起来会不礼貌，也不自然。What do you do for a living?--What do you do for a living?--I work in photojournalism.What kind of work do you do?What line of work are you in?也可以直接回答I'm a teacher.或者I work in photojournalism.别人询问你职业的时候，切记：不要回答：My job is ...英文非常讲究严谨，“job”一般对应的是东西，而“教师”“音乐家”“工程师”等对应的都是人，如果直接回答“My job is a teacher”，那前后概念就不对等，所以正确的说法就是“I am a/an ...”同样地，工作很忙也不要说成““My work is very busy”，听到这样的说法，可能要被老外嘲笑了，因为很忙的是我们自己并非“work”，一定要搞清楚主语是谁哦！正确的表达是：I am busy with my work.但老外也很少这样说，更多使用的是：It' a busy day.We all have those days that pass like a whirlwind.I'm up to my neck in work.I don’t get a free moment to catch your breath.Snowed under 这个短语其实和“snow 雪”并没有什么关系。在英语里，人们常用这个表达来形容“忙得不可开交”。I'm snowed under with work today.
