native [ nat = to be born 出生；-ive=>“ having to do with one's being born 与某人出生有关的”→]a. ① of the place of one's birth 出生地的 / He was born in New York，so America is his native country. 他在纽约出生，所以美国是他的祖国。②inborn or natural 天生的 / The artist had an native talent for drawing. 那艺术家有绘画的天才。
