Coco: Excuse me can you tell me where is Bob Scott’s office？

Coco: 您好，你能告诉我Bob的办公室在哪里吗？

Andrea: Sure, it’s the third office down the hall, are you looking for Bob?

Andrea: 当然，办公室在过道第三间。您找他有事？

Coco: Yes, he told me to come by this morning.

Coco: 对，他叫我今天早上来找他。

Andrea: I’m sorry but he’s not in the office right now.  Do you have an appointment?

Andrea: 很抱歉，他现在不在办公室，您有预约吗？

Coco: An appointment?

Coco: 预约?

Andrea: Yes, like what time did he expect to see you?

Andrea: 对，他跟您说的几点见呢？

Coco: He said I should come by this morning but he didn’t give me a time.

Coco:他说今天早上见，但是没给我一个确定的时间。

Andrea: I see. He’s usually here on Tuesday morning.

Andrea:明白了，他一般周二早上都会来。

Coco: Today is Tuesday.

Coco: 今天是周二。

Andrea: I know, he’s usually here but today he went out to the Eastside.

Andrea:我知道，他一般都在的但今天他去东边了。

Coco: That’s too bad. I need to discuss these plans with him.

Coco: 啊那太糟糕了。我需要跟他讨论一下计划的。

Andrea: Emmm, why don’t you make an appointment for later in the week?

Andrea:要不要预约这周晚些时间见面呢？

Coco: All right.

Coco: 好的。

Andrea: He’s here on Tuesday, Wednesday and Fridays.  Which day do you want to see him?

Andrea: 他在周二、四、五都在这里。你想哪天见他？

Coco: Friday morning is good.

Coco:周五早上可以。

Andrea: I can put you down for 10 o’clock.  Is that all right?

Andrea: 我给您定十点时间，可以吗？

Coco: Yes, my name is Coco.

Coco: 可以的，我叫Coco.

Andrea: All right, I’ll have you down for 10 AM this Friday.

Andrea: 好的，那我帮您定好周五早上十点的时间。

Coco: Thank you.
