2. another的译法
another是由不定冠词an和other合并构成的，因此，它只能代替或修饰可数的单数名词，并且前面不能再用冠词，在句子中可作主语、宾语和定语。another表示泛指，不能用来指代两个中的ー个，其意思是“与某ー个不同的另ー个，又ー个”，可译为“另一”，尤其是当another作主语和宾语时，其具体含义要根据上下文来确定。如：
* The canonical expressions may be converted from one form to another by the suitable substitution of operations.
