在小腿内侧，胫骨内侧髁下缘与胫骨内侧缘之间的凹陷中。
注:用手指沿胫骨内缘由下往上推至膝关节下触摸到一个凹陷即是本穴，该凹陷由胫骨内侧髁下缘与胫骨后缘交角形成。
On the tibial aspect of the leg, in the depression between the inferior border of the medial condyle of the tibia and the medial border of the tibia.
Note: A depression can be felt inferior to the knee joint when moving proximally along the medial border of the tibia. SP9 is located in a depression at the angle formed by the inferior border of the medial condylc of the tibia and the posterior border of the tibia.
