职位描述Job Description:

1. Achieve sales target assigned.

  实现分配的销售任务；

2. Based on sales target to draft relative business plan and implement it.

  根据销售目标起草销售计划并予以执行；

3. Fulfil market survey, collect competitor information and set up customer database.

  履行市场调查、收集竞争对手信息并建立客户数据库；

4. Establish and maintain good relationship with customers.

  建立并维护客户关系；

5. Push the whole process execution from pricing, order following up and payment receiving and products claiming.

  推进报价、订单跟进、货款催付及产品抱怨整个流程；

6. Exploit new application market and customer resource.

  开发新的应用市场和客户资源；

7. Sales Channel development and management.

  销售渠道的开发和管理；

8．Reporting on time.

  及时汇报工作；

9. Other work assigned by superiors.

  上级交付的其他工作。

  

任职资格

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor degree or above and major in mechanical engineering or relevant engineering major or Japanese.

  本科及以上学历，机械类理工科专业或日语相关专业；

2. Good command of oral and written communication in English and Japanese.

  良好的日文、英文听、说、读、写能力；

3. Know the industrial mechanical market.

  熟悉机械传动市场；

4. Excellent sales skill.

  优秀的销售技巧；

5．Initiative, communication skill, teamwork spirit

  积极主动，优秀的沟通技巧和团队合作精神；

6. Can work under pressure and frequent business travel.

  能承受工作压力并经常出差；
