——我们将坚持共商共建共享原则，继续积极推进“一带一路”国际合作。共建“一带一路”是中国扩大对外开放的重要举措，是中国推动构建人类命运共同体的生动实践，已成为当今世界重要的国际合作新平台。我们已同80多个国家和组织签署“一带一路”合作协议，同30多个国家开展机制化产能合作，形成以“一带一路”为统领的对外开放新格局。下一步，我们将继续落实好首届高峰论坛成果，推进论坛后续机制建设，开好重点领域部长级会议，为2019年举办第二届高峰论坛做好准备。我们愿同更多国家达成共建“一带一路”共识，深化各国发展战略对接，实现各国发展优势互补，抓实抓好重点项目，使“一带一路”成为各国共同参与、互利共赢的宏大交响乐，让中国改革开放的红利更好地惠及世界。
——我们将积极参与全球治理体系改革和建设。中国参与全球治理改革并不是推倒重来，也不是另起炉灶，而是与时俱进、改革完善，而是要引导全球治理体系向更加公正合理的方向发展，增加发展中国家的代表性和发言权。中国主张世界上的事情由各国人民商量着办，倡导让不同国家、不同阶层、不同人群共享全球治理的好处。我们坚持多边主义，坚定维护联合国权威和地位，支持联合国在国际事务中发挥积极作用。我们支持多边贸易体制，推动经济全球化朝着更加开放、包容、普惠、平衡、共赢方向发展，坚决反对贸易和投资保护主义。对海洋、极地、网络等新兴领域，我们主张各国共同建立新机制、制定新规则，打造合作共赢的新平台。
-We will continue to advance international cooperation under the Belt and Road Initiative (BRI) following the principle of extensive consultation, joint contribution and shared benefits. The BRI is a major step China has taken to further open itself up to the rest of the world. It is a concrete example of China's commitment to building a community with a shard future for mankind and has become an important new platform for international cooperation. To date, we have signed BRI cooperation agreements with 80-plus countries and organizations and institutionalized our production-capacity cooperation with more than 30 countries. A new landscape of opening-up under the rubric of BRI has taken shape. Looking ahead, we will deliver on the commitments made at the first Belt and Road Forum for International Cooperation (BRF), develop follow-up mechanisms, and ensure the success of key ministerial meetings to prepare the ground for a second BRF in 2019. We look forward to reaching consensus with more countries on the Belt and Road development to forge greater synergy between development strategies, complement each other with respective strengths, and deliver solid progress on key projects. By doing so, we will make the BRI a symphony of all participating countries where all can gain from cooperation and share in the dividends of China's reform and opening-up.
-We will play an active part in reforming and developing the global governance system. China's participation in global governance reform is not meant to overhaul the system or start a new structure, but to improve the current system in keeping with the times to make it more fair and equitable and to increase the representation and voice of developing countries. China maintains that issues in the world must be resolved through consultation by people of all countries and that the benefits of global governance must be shared by all countries and people of different social strata and groups. We stand for multilateralism, resolutely uphold the authority and stature of the United Nations, and support the UN in playing an active role in international affairs. We support the multilateral trading regime and will work to make economic globalization more open, inclusive, balanced and beneficial for all. We firmly oppose protectionism in trade and investment. For emerging areas like ocean, polar regions and cyberspace, China maintains that countries should work together to establish new mechanisms, new rules and new platforms for win-win cooperation.
——我们将继续为推动解决热点问题发挥积极作用。当前国际上有很多地区热点问题，影响到和平与稳定，妥善解决这些问题是国际社会的共同责任。近年来，中国积极参与解决伊朗核、南苏丹、阿富汗等热点问题，已成为联合国维和行动主要出兵国和出资国，并逐步形成有中国特色的解决热点问题之道，归结起来就是“和平性、正当性、建设性”三原则，即:坚持政治解决，反对使用武力;坚持不干涉内政，反对强加于人;坚持客观公道，反对谋取私利。当前，朝鲜半岛局势正呈现缓和势头，我们呼吁各方抓住机遇，多释放对话谈判的诚意，多做有利于良性互动的善举，切实推动无核化进程。
——我们将积极加大服务国内发展和保护海外利益的力度。服务国内发展始终是中国外交的中心任务，“外交为民”是中国外交不变的宗旨。我们将贯彻新发展理念，按照高质量发展的需要，为扩大对外合作创造更有利条件，为国内发展营造更良好国际环境。办好更多省区市全球推介活动，全力服务京津冀协同发展、雄安新区规划建设以及2022年冬奥会，为打赢脱贫攻坚战贡献一份力量。坚持以人民为中心，深化领事工作改革，持续打造海外民生工程，探索构建海外中国平安体系，有效维护中国公民和企业在海外的合法权益。
-We will continue to play an active role in addressing hotspot issues. There are still many regional hotspots around the world that jeopardize peace and stability. Properly resolving these issues is a shared responsibility of the international community. In recent years, China has been actively involved in the efforts to address hotspot issues, including the Iranian nuclear issue, South Sudan and Afghanistan, and become a major troop and fund contributing country of UN peacekeeping missions. Based on our experience, we have developed a Chinese approach to resolving hotspot issues, which can be summed into three words, i.e. peaceful, justifiable and constructive. To be more specific, we call for political settlement, and reject the use of force; we believe one should not meddle in others internal affairs or impose one's will on others; we do our best to be fair and objective and reject pursuing private ends. The situation on the Korean Peninsula is showing signs of de-escalation. We urge all relevant parties to seize the opportunity to advance denuclearization by showing greater sincerity for dialogue and negotiation and doing more things to facilitate positive interactions.
-We will step up efforts to better serve domestic development and protect our overseas interests. Serving domestic development is a central task of China's diplomacy, and serving the people is our abiding goal. In keeping with the new vision of development and the needs for high quality development, we will work to create more enabling conditions for external cooperation and a better international environment for domestic development. We will continue to present Chinese provinces, regions and cities to the world, help promote the coordinated development of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei Province, and make our contribution to the planning and building of the Xiongan New Area and the hosting of the 2022 Winter Olympics. We will also do our share of work for winning the battle against poverty. Taking a people-centered approach, we will deepen the reform of consular work, continue to improve consular mechanisms and build a system for the safety of Chinese nationals overseas to safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of overseas Chinese citizens and companies.
