口译必须采取融合及提炼的办法有如下根据:一是即时性，不容延岩;二是语言文字系统（特别是话语结构中的句型结构、句子模式等)的结构性差异;三是不同语言在思维中的论理、叙事方式和风格以及文化心理差异；四是口译的STL是口语语体，难免芜杂、欠缺组织性、冗赘、倒装、插入成分很多，大可不必照猫画虎，而必须梳理加工；五是“CBS”原则。下例是一位电子工程师在座谈会上的发言：
