第三十三条 本办法由海关总署负责解释。
第三十四条 本办法自2008年10月1日起施行。1986年12月1日海关总署发布的《外国驻中国使馆和使馆人员进出境物品报关办法》同时废止。

Article 33 The power of interpretation of these Measures shall lie with the General Administration of Customs.
Article 34 These Measures shall enter into force as of October 1, 2008. The Measures for the Declaration of the Entry and Exit of Articles of Foreign Diplomatic Missions in China and the Staff Thereof promulgated by the General Administration of Customs on December 1, 1986 shall be abolished simultaneously
