第六章 附 则
第三十条 本办法下列用语的含义：
公务用品，是指使馆执行职务直接需用的进出境物品，包括：
（一）使馆使用的办公用品、办公设备、车辆；
（二）使馆主办或者参与的非商业性活动所需物品；
（三）使馆使用的维修工具、设备；
（四）使馆的固定资产，包括建筑装修材料、家具、家用电器、装饰品等；
（五）使馆用于免费散发的印刷品（广告宣传品除外）；
（六）使馆使用的招待用品、礼品等。
Chapter VI Supplementary Provisions
Article 30 For the purposes of these Measures:
“Articles for official use” refer to articles imported or exported that are directly needed by a diplomatic mission in performing its official functions, including:
(a) Office supplies, office equipment and vehicles in service of the diplomatic mission;
(b) Items needed for non-commercial activities that the diplomatic mission holds or attends;
(c) Maintenance tools and equipment for use in the diplomatic mission;
(d) Fixed assets of the diplomatic mission, including construction and decorative materials, furniture, household electrical appliances, ornaments, etc;
(e) Printed materials used as free handouts of the diplomatic mission (excluding advertisements and promotional materials); and
(f) Items used in reception functions or as gifts by the diplomatic mission.
