1. 足跟后缘至中趾根部为10寸(图1)。
2. 足跖面第1跖趾关节内侧赤白肉际至第5跖趾关节外侧赤白肉际为5寸，足背部亦同此(图1)。
3. 足跟部最宽处距离为3寸(图1)。
4. 足内、外踝高点至足底为3寸(图2)。
1. From the posterior border of the calcaneal region to the base of the third toe is 10 cun (Fig. 1).
2. From the medial side of the first metatarso-phalangeal joint, at the junction of the red and white skin, to the latenal sie of the fifth metatarso-phalangeal joint, is 5 cun. It's the same on both dorsum and plantar side of the foot (Fig. 1).

4. From the plantar region of the foot to both the prominence of medial and external malleolus (Fig. 2).
