1.胃炎(gastritis)胃炎是胃黏膜的炎性病变,分为急性胃炎(acutegastritis)和慢性胃炎(chronic gastritis)。
(1)急性胃炎(acute gastritis)
(2)慢性胃炎(chronic gastritis)
①浅表性或非萎缩性(non-atrophic)
②萎缩性(atrophic)
③特殊类型(special form)
讲解
gastro-表示胃的,itis(复-itides)炎、炎症。acute 和chronic分别代表急性和慢性，atrophic意思是萎缩的,c是形容词后缀,其名词形式为atrophy。non-是表示否定的前缀。
2.消化性溃疡(peptic ulcer )消化性溃疡分为十二指肠溃疡(duodenal ulcer, DU)和胃溃疡(gastric ulcer, GU).
讲解
peptic adj.(消化性的),ulcer n.(溃疡)。duo-是表示“二”的前缀,duodenum n.(十二指肠),duodenal是其形容词形式,-al是形容词后缀。gastric意思是胃的。
3.胃食管反流病(gastroesophageal reflux disease, GERD)
讲解
esophagus n.(食管),其形容词形式就是esophageal。-al是形容词后缀。如gastro-表示胃的.与食管的前缀esophag-组合为gastroesophageal，意思就是胃食管的。re-表示又、再、反，flux n.(流、流出)，reflux意思就是反流。
