►含义：
“That being said”（With that being said） lets the other person know that you are about to move away from the topic of discussion to make a point
That being said 或 with that being said，可以让其他人知道你即将转移话题并且发表另一个观点。

If your child skip education, he will not find a job. That being said, maybe later on he will pick up something he is happy to learn.
