第三十二条 知识产权权利人将其知识产权向海关总署备案的，应当按照国家有关规定缴纳备案费。
第三十三条 本条例自 2004 年 3 月 1 日起 施行。 1995 年 7 月 5 日 国务院发布的《中华人民共和国知识产权海关保护条例》同时废止。
Article 32 Where recording an intellectual property right with the General Administration of Customs, the holder of the intellectual property right shall pay a recordation fee in accordance with relevant provisions of the State.
Article 33 These Regulations shall be effective as of March 1, 2004. The Regulations of the People’s Republic of China on Customs Protection of Intellectual Property Rights promulgated by the State Council on July 5, 1995 shall be repealed simultaneously.
