模板句型精析：“A是B的重要保证”是考试中的常见句型，并且是会议致辞的重点句型。模板句型1采用了“简化法”，通过essential，crucial等用词衔接不定式，简明扼要地表达了其重要程度；而模板句型2则把握了此句中基础与目的的重要逻辑关系，通过模板词组pave the way for或lay foundation for简洁地完成了翻译。常见不当译文逐字逐句地进行翻译，在笔译中这种译法尚可，但在口译中很可能因无法逐字记笔记而翻不出an important guarantee to这样的表达。建议考生在做笔记时只记录“保证”，而把主要精力用来理清前后两者的逻辑关系。

模板句型精析：整个句子属于并列结构。对于并列及递进结构，考生需要有合并同类项的意识，因为在绝大部分并列或递进结构的句子中，其主谓语动词是相同的。如果有这种意识，考生可直接将句型结构简化为“……满足……，同时还要满足……”这样的结构，并对“满足”一词进行同类项合并处理，从而将两句话合并为一句。切忌像常见不当译文那样重复用词。

模板句型精析：这个句子中出现的模板结构是“成为……的制约”和“影响……”，这是两大类趋势用词，而且都是表达消极趋势的。如果按照常见不当译文的译法进行直译，则会产生歧义：“制约差距”到底是好还是不好？influence是个中性词，在这里也会干扰听众的理解。因此建议考生在抓住基本趋势的前提下，将influence这个中性词替换成impair 这个表达消极趋势的词。考生在考场上需要打破“逐字逐句”翻译的束缚。
