1. 曲泽(PC3):在肘横纹中，当肱二头肌腱的尺侧缘(图1、图2),
2. 郄门(PC4):在前臂掌侧，当大陵与曲泽的连线上，腕横纹上5寸(图2)。
3. 间使(PCS):在前臂掌侧，当大陵与曲泽的连线上，腕横纹上3寸，掌长肌肌腱与桡侧腕屈肌肌腱之间(图2)。
4. 内关(PC6):在前臂掌侧，当大陵与曲泽的连线上，腕横纹上2寸，掌长肌肌腱与桡侧腕屈肌肌腱之间(图2)。
心包经前臂部经穴直刺0.5-1寸。针刺时如有触电样感觉向中指放散，是因为刺中了正中神经，应立即退针，改变角度再刺。
5. 大陵(PC7):在腕横纹的中点处，当掌长肌肌腱与桡侧腕屈肌肌腱之间(图2、图3)。

4. Neiguan (PC6):on the palmer side of the forearm, on the line connecting Daling (PC7) and Quze (PC3), 2 cun superior to the wrist crease, between the tendons of m. palmaris longus and m. flexor carpi radialis (Fig.2).
The technique for needling points of the pericardium channel on the forearm is direct or perpendicular puncture 0.5-1 cun. If any electrifying sensation occurs during needling and spreads toward the middle finger.
it is because the medial nerved is punctured.The needle should be withdrawn immediately and reinserted in a different angle.
5. Daling (PC7): at midpoint of the transverse wrist crease, between the tendons of m. palmaris longus and m. flexor carpi radialis (Fig.2, Fig.3).
