1. Hepatocellular carcinoma: Anatomical diagram illustrating the liver, stomach, spleen, pancreas and kidneys at the level of L1. Contrast enhanced CT scan shows enlargement and deformity of the left hepatic lobe and a large mass with nonuniform low density protruding towards the anterior border of left hepatic lobe.

体检:一般情况:(患者)自然端坐,发育好、营养佳。表情自然,言语清晰，查体合作。体态、步态正常,未见异常活动。
9. Abdomen flat and soft. Liver palpable 1cm below costal margin with soft consistency and free from tenderness. Hepatojugular refluxnegative. Spleen not felt. Abdomen free of any mass or mobile dullness. No tenderness in kidney. Bowel sounds normal.
腹部平软,肝于肋下1cm处可触及质软无压痛,肝颈征阴性。脾触诊阴性。腹部未触及肿块,无移动性浊音。肾区无叩击痛,肠鸣音正常。
10. Eye: Eyebrows symmetrical without hairloss, epilation or damage. Palpebral fissures symmetrical without blepharoptosis. Visual acuity of both eyes normal. Palpebral margins normal. Conjunctivae reddish without edema, but with hypertrophy of a few follicles and papillary proliferation.
眼:双侧眉对称,无眉毛稀疏、脱落或缺损。睑裂对称,无睑下垂;双眼视力正常。睑缘无异常,结膜微红,无水肿,但有少量滤泡肥大及乳头增生。
