岗位职责：

1、Impose and maintain Master Filing System and server system, train project staff, if necessary and support the CM for filing and organisation procedures.

实施和维护主文件系统和服务器系统，培训项目员工，如有需要协助施工经理实施文件和组织程序。

 

2、Organise accommodation, traveling for team members, bookings, payments.

安排团队成员的住宿、旅行，预定，付款。

 

3、Prepare Tendering and Contract Documents under the supervision of the Section Engineers / Construction Manager / Site Manager

在专业工程师/施工经理/现场经理的监督下，准备招投标和合同文件。

 

4、Support and assist the Construction Manager in Construction Meetings, Client Meetings, translate and take minutes

支持并协助施工经理进行施工会议、客户会议，翻译并做会议记录。

 

5、Oral and written translation of documents, contracts, etc.

文件、合同的口头和书面的翻译等。

 

 

岗位要求：

1、English, German majors are preferred，other relative engineering majors like civil engineering are also acceptable;

英语、德语等专业优先，土木工程或其他相关专业也可；

 

2、Working experience in construction company is perferred，

如有建筑公司工作经验优先

 

3、Better good at English/German speaking and writing，

英文/德语的读和说能力强者优先；

 

4、Diligent,independent working ability, working with careness and creativity,    

工作勤劳刻苦，有独立工作能力，善于思考并有创新意识；
