关于回译的问题

参考译文所依据的中文，是一篇独立的文章。“Chinese companies seeking to establish brands globally and foreign companies trying to increase their sales within China”这一信息并没有在上文出现，属于新信息，而且也比较长，所以置于句末。再如：
参考译文：
Likewise, global companies like Sony now realize they can no longer sell slapdash, designed-elsewhere products in China, because Chinese consumers nowadays are far more demanding and difficult to please.
英文原文：
And foreign companies such as Sony are starting to see that as Chinese consumers get more discriminating, they’re no longer content with the tired, designed-somewhere-else models that many overseas-based marketers once sold in China.
这句话同上例类似，即斜体部分在参考译文和英文原文中的位置正好相反，原因也一样。
