【说明】factors增译为“4个因素”
【译文】效价，作用曲线，吸收与排泄的特点，是决定一种药物用药部位的4个重要因素。
(2)增译解说性词语
用来补充原文中意义含蓄的词。
例十六：The edema in glomerulonephritis is seldom if ever relieved by the degree of dietary restriction of salt and the high protein.
【说明】if ever含义不明确，需加字增译。
【译文】肾小球肾炎引起的水肿，即使能够通过限制饮食中盐和高蛋白质的摄入量而得到缓解，也是罕见的。
