二要共促战略互信。中英历史文化、社会制度不同，但两国关系战略性、务实性、包容性、全球性日益凸显。在当前保护主义、单边主义上升的大背景下，双方在倡导多边主义、支持自由贸易、维护以规则为基础的国际贸易体系方面共识更加突出。中英应视彼此为机遇而非威胁，不做损害对方核心利益的事，不断加强战略沟通，不断深化战略互信，确保两国和两军关系健康发展。
Second, we should enhance strategic mutual trust.
China and the UK differ in history, culture and social system. But our relationship is increasingly strategic, practical, inclusive and global. Amid rising protectionism and unilateralism around the world, our two countries have growing consensus on multilateralism, free trade and the rule-based international trade system.
We should see each other as an opportunity rather than a threat.
We should refrain from harming each other's core interests.
We should enhance strategic dialogue and deepen strategic mutual trust.
We should work hard to ensure a healthy relationship between our two countries and between our two militaries.
三要共担和平使命。当今世界传统和非传统安全威胁相互交织，安全问题的联动性、跨国性和复杂性日益突出。中英同为联合国安理会常任理事国，在维护国际和平与安全方面肩负着重要责任。中英两国和两军应共同推动国际和地区热点问题政治解决，携手应对恐怖主义等全球性安全挑战，为构建人类命运共同体，为建设一个和平、稳定、发展、繁荣的世界贡献力量！
Third, we should shoulder the mission for peace together.
In today's world, traditional and non-traditional security threats are intertwined. Security issues are becoming increasingly inter-connected, cross-border and complex.
China and the UK are both permanent members of the UN Security Council. Our two countries have important responsibilities on our shoulders to safeguard world peace and security.
So, our two countries and militaries should work together for political settlement of regional and international hotspot issues. We should also join hands to counter terrorism and address other global challenges to security. By doing so, we could make our contribution to building a community with a shared future for mankind and a world that enjoys peace, stability, development and prosperity.

为中英两国和两军关系的不断发展，
为世界和平与繁荣，
