尊敬的广东省欧阳卫民副省长，
尊敬的中国人民对外友好协会谢元副会长，
尊敬的密歇根州斯特芬尼.张州众议员，
尊敬的底特律市旅游局比奇诺副总裁，
尊敬的密歇根-中国创新中心康为主任，
各位来宾，女士们，先生们，
大家晚上好。
很高兴在早春时节与大家相聚在底特律，共同出席密歇根州“中国周”开幕式。首先，我谨代表中国驻芝加哥总领馆，向密歇根州“中国周”活动开幕致以热烈祝贺，向斯奈德州长、密州政府、密歇根—中国创新中心、中国全国友协为举办此次活动付出的努力表示衷心感谢，向远道而来的全国友协代表团、广东、四川、河北、黑龙江、吉林、辽宁六省政府和企业代表团表示诚挚欢迎。

I'm very glad to join you at the opening ceremony of Michigan China Week here in Detroit in early spring. First of all, on behalf of the Chinese Consulate General in Chicago, I'd like to extend my warmest congratulations to the opening of Michigan China Week and express my heartfelt thanks to Governor Snyder, Michigan State Government, Michigan-China Innovation Center and the Chinese People's Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries for your strong efforts in making this great event possible. I'd also like to say to delegations of CPAFFC and the six provinces in China: welcome to Michigan.
