二是挖掘双方优势互补的“宝贵潜力”，打造务实合作增长点。英国在科技创新、金融、新能源、旅游等领域具有较强实力和独特优势。贵州正加速实施大数据、大生态、大旅游等发展战略，积极推进“三个试验区”建设。双方可在大数据、金融、科技创新、绿色经济、旅游等重点领域加强合作，实现优势互补和共同发展。
