原文打底线部分三个动词平行列出，而译文却处理为一主两次。即：“控制”为主，“保持”，“避免”为次，突出了其内在的逻辑语义：“在‘避免’大的波动‘保持’经济快速增长的同时，‘控制’住了通货膨胀”,逻辑关系层次清楚；同时，全句的空间搭架也很严整， 把原义两个句子处理为一个主从复合句，更加符合英语的构句习惯。另外，“软着陆”一词的译法也他得注意。

We should encourage the economically developed areas to offer them appropriate assistance with a view to accelerating their reform ,open-up,and social and economic development, helping them gradually achieve prosperity.
“鼓励”为主要动作，其目的在于“加快”发展因为要“实现”共同富裕，这才是原文内在逻辑语义关系。
