八级考试翻译常见错误---词类的混用

【2004年八级考试】
显然，在该考生那里，“浪漫主义”=名词=romanticism,“太” =too，“我们"= we，“不要” =should not。看来词词对应，结果因少了个be而译文不合乎英语语法。 这个错误似乎不可能，可是在我们的阅卷过程中经常遇到，每个半天就要碰到多次这个错误。
例2 [原文]ー霎时，ー阵被人摒弃、为世所遣的悲愤兜上心头，禁不住痛哭起来。
[学生译文] In a flash, a sense of abandon made a raid upon me and I could not help crying loudly.
[参考译文1] All of a sudden, a feeling of grief and indignation of being deserted by the relations ond being abandoned by the whole world overwhelmed me, and I couldn't help burst out crying.
[参考译文 2] All of a sudden，a feeling of being deserted and abandoned overwhelmed me, and I began to cry.
【2003年八级考试】
显然,在该考生那里，“被人摒弃、为世所遗”成了名词，不幸的是，英语中的 abandon用作名词时的意思是“放纵、放肆”，只有用作动词时，才有“遗弃、抛弃”之义。
