章门(LR13)：在侧腹部，当第11肋游离端的下方(图1)。
垂肩屈肘，以肘尖贴于胁部，肘尖所指的胁部，是章门穴(图2)。
Zhangmen (LR13): on the lateral side of the abdomen, blow the free end of the eleventh rib (Fig. 1).
To locate this point: with shoulder relaxed and the elbow flexed, place the tip of the elbow next to the ribs, the point is located beneath the tip of the flexed elbow (Fig.2).
