厥，挟脊而痛者，至顶，头沉沉然，目既疏然，腰脊强，取足太阳腘中血络。

厥，胸满面肿，唇漯漯然，暴言难，甚则不能言，取足阳明。

厥气走喉而不能言，手足清，大便不利，取足少阴。

厥而腹向向然，多寒气，腹中穀觳，便捜难，取足太阴。
In the Jueni of channel, when the patient's abdomen is expanding, the cold energy is overabundant with sound like that of the water in the abdomen, and he also has constipation and dysuria, prick the acupoints of the Foot Taiyin Channel.
嗌干，口中热如胶，取足少阴[阴:《甲乙》卷七第一中作“阳”]。
When one has dry throat, his mouth is hot and sticky like the glue, prick the acupoints of the Foot Shaoyang Channel.
膝中痛，取犊鼻，以员利针，发[发:《太素》卷三十《膝痛》，《甲乙》卷十第一下“发”上并有“针”字]而间之。针大如鷩，刺膝无疑。

疟不渴，间日而作，取足阳明[取足阳明:《素问.刺疟篇》并作“剌足太阳”];渴而日作，取手阳明。
When one contracts malaria, if he is not thirsty, and the disease attacks every other day, prick the acupoints of the Foot Taiyang Channel; if he is thirsty, and the disease attacks every other day, prick the acupoints of the Hand Shaoyang Channel.
齿痛，不恶清饮，取足阳明;恶清饮，取手阳明。
In toothache, if the patient has no aversion to the cold drink, it can be treated by pricking the acupoints of the Foot Yangming Channel; if he has aversion to the cold drink, prick the acupoints of the Hand Yangming Channel.
聋而不痛者，取足少阳;聋而痛者，取手阳明。
If one is deaf without pain, it can be treated by pricking the acupoints of the Foot Shaoyang Channel; if he is deaf with pain, it should be treated by pricking the acupoints of the Hand Yangming Channel.
衄而不止，杯血流，取足太阳，不已，刺宛骨下，不已，刺腘中出血。
In epistaxis, when the bleeding does not coagulate, it should be treated by pricking the acupoints of the Foot Taiyin Channel, if the syndrome is not recovered, prick the Wangu point; if it is not recovered again, prick the Weizhong point on the centre of the horizontal line on the popliteal until bleeding.
腰痛，痛上寒，取足太阳阳明;痛上热，取足厥阴;不可以俯仰，取足少阳;中热而喘，取足少阴，腘中血络。
In lumbago, if the patient’s upper part of the body is cold, it should be treated by pricking the acupoints of the Foot Taiyang Channel and the Foot Yangming Channel; if the upper part of the body has fever, prick the acupoints of the Foot Jueyin Channel, when the patient has lumbago and he fails to face up and down, prick the acupoints of the Foot Shaoyang Channel. When one has lumbago with internal fever and his mouth moves like that in rapid respiration, it should be treated by, pricking the acupoints of the Foot Shaoyin Channel and prick the superficial venules on the centre of the horizontal line on the popliteal.
喜怒而不欲食，言益小[言益小:《甲乙》卷九第五“小”并作“少”]，刺足太阴;怒而多言，刺足少阳[少阳:《甲乙》卷九第五作“少阴”]。
When one often gets angry, relucts at eating and rarely speaks, it should be treated by pricking the acupoints of the Foot Taiyin Channel; when one is angry and speaks a lot, it should be treated by pricking the acupoints of the Foot Shaoyin Channel.
