英汉两种语言分别属于印欧和汉藏两种不同的语系， 在英汉互译中，译者必须认真分析原文，理清思路， 抓住源语主一述位推进模式,然后再用相应的模式将源语 意义用目标语表达出来。医学英语属于科技英语的一种，相对于文学体裁来说，具有结构简练、组织紧密、概括力强、新信息密度大的特点， 基本上为书面语篇。因此医学语篇结构的突出特点表现为整篇信息环环相扣，由词-句-段-篇形成一张严密的信息网络。—般来说,语段中各句的主位以概念性和语篇性主位居多，而很少出现人际主位。语篇中各个主位构成主 要信息结构,每个主位又是对前面主位或述位的重复或概 括。这样,每个主位都在逻辑上语义上与上文保持联系,构 成各种形式的主位推进模式。但并不是所有的医学类语篇均采用同样的模式。

(一）疾病介绍：
