7.中俄双方都非常重视中国的东北地区和俄罗斯远东及东西伯利亚地区之间的合作，双方商定要推进一系列跨境地区基础设施的建设项目，这是具有示范性意义的。

China and Russia are also committed to promoting cooperation between China's northeast region and Russia’s Far East and eastern Siberia region. The two sides have agreed to promote cooperation in a series of cross-border infrastructure projects. I believe these projects will play an exemplary role.

 

8.至于在中俄两国经贸往来过程中存在的“灰色清关”这类历史遗留问题，我们主张本着友好协商的精神妥善解决。我们也要求在俄罗斯进行商业活动的中方人员遵守俄罗斯法律法规，多做促进与当地友好合作关系的事情。

As for the problems occurred in the process of trade and economic exchanges, such as the problem of“grey custom dearance”left over by history, we believe these should be properly handled in the spirit of friendly consultation. We require the Chinese businessmen in Russia to abide by the Russian laws and regulations and do more to promote the friendship and cooperation with the locals.

 

9,中方愿盘同俄方共同推动20国集团机制建设朝着符合包括中俄在内的新兴市场国家和广大发展中国家共同利益的方向发展；愿同俄方加强沟通和协啁，充分发挥上海合作组织的战略作用。

China Is willing to work with Russia to promote the construction of the G20 mechanism and ensure it develops in the direction that favors the common interests of the emerging markets including China and Russia and the developing countries. China is ready to enhance communicalion and coordination with Russia and to bring into full play the strategic role of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization,

 

10.中俄要继续在国际和地区事务中加强协调和配合。要充分利用上海合作组织和“金砖四国”等合作机制，推动国际秩序变革朝着有利于广人发展中国家利益的方向发展。

China and Russia should continue to enhance coordination and cooperation on international and regional affairs and make good use of such cooperation mechanisms as the Shanghai Cooperation Organization and BRIC to push for change in the international order that favors the interests of the developing countries.
