奶茶，年轻人的续命水。天气变冷，来一杯取暖；工作困了，来一杯提神；开心了，买一杯奖励自己；受委屈了，买一杯安慰自己，反正总是有说不完的理由喝一杯奶茶。

今天，我们就来说说“奶茶”的英文表达：

很多人的第一反应肯定是“milk tea”，这个说法没有什么错误，但它更多指的是英式奶茶。

而受年轻人欢迎的“珍珠奶茶”，起源于20世纪80年代台南和台中的茶饮料，通常由茶、牛奶和糖（可选）组成。

其有个专门的表达：Bubble （milk）Tea

Bubble有“气泡”的意思，所以Bubble Tea从字面上看就是“泡泡茶”，这跟它的中文名字来源有关。“珍珠奶茶”这个名字最初来自于奶茶摇动时形成的气泡，而不是饮料中所加的珍珠粉圆。

但是今天普特君主要想跟大家说的是“low tea”。看到这个“low tea”你的第一反应是什么？低级茶？低茶？其实，这个“low tea”是“afternoon tea”的另一种说法，我们也可以直接翻译成“下午茶”。
