Main Responsibilities

主要职责

• Ensuring all the oral translations for CEO, participating in the work meetings and other different meetings, mainly for the expatriate person - ensuring the oral “institutional” presentations.

确保首席执行官的所有口语翻译工作，参加工作会议和其他不同会议（主要是为外籍人员）提供所有口头翻译，确保口头“机构”的介绍。

• Ensuring all the writing translations (for the expatriate team’s “daily” work) or the translations of the presentations/documents which are more important while verifying the work completed by external providers. Participating in choosing the provider and negotiating the contracts by assisting the Manager Office.

确保所有书面翻译(外籍专家团队的“日常”工作)或演讲/文件的翻译，同时验证由外部供应商完成的工作。协助经理参与翻译供应商的选择和合同谈判。

• Assisting the CEO in all the administrative procedures. Keeping in contact with the administrations, public organizations, local collectivities.

协助首席执行官处理所有行政事务。与行政部门、社会团体、地方团体保持联系。

• Assisting the project teams in the translation of e-mails、materials and etc. and handle other related daily office and administrative work, and support for internal/external project communication.

协助项目团队进行邮件、资料等的翻译；处理项目团队其他日常办公行政工作并支持内部/外部的项目沟通。

Requirements

要求

• Bilingual in English, French is a plus

中英文表达流利，会法语者优先。

• Bachelor’s degree majored in English; Master’s degree is preferred.

英语专业本科学历，硕士优先

• Relative working experience will be a plus

有相关工作经验者优先

• Good communication skills

良好的沟通能力

• Excellent copywriting skill

优秀的文案写作技巧

• Preferred photo/video taking and editing skills

有摄影/视频拍摄和编辑技能者优先
