受教育是人的基本权利。中国政府高度重视保障公民受教育权，切实履行宪法、法律及国际公约，坚持把教育摆在优先发展战略地位，坚持以人民为中心的发展思想，大力发展全民教育、终身教育。人只有接受教育，才能有效抵御腐朽没落思想，才能放弃极端主义思想，才能掌握基本技能和谋生手段，才能不做危害国家和社会的事情，才能尊重他人的人权。

Only by receiving education can people effectively resist decadent and declining thoughts, abandon extremism, master livelihood skills, do nothing harmful to society and family, and respect the right of others.
