由于英汉两种语言语法规则不同，在商务英译汉时，要根据中文语法需要增加相应的词语。 

1. 增加需要重复的词 

英语句子表达为了简洁，在语法上常避免重复，在翻译时为了使中文表达更清楚而需要相应的增加词即重复省略词语。

（1）重复名词

例 1 Let us revise our safety and sanitary regulations.

译文:我们来修订安全规则和卫生规则吧。（重复了“规则”)

例2 Please carefully read all the following terms and conditions, which shall govern your use of the software products and attached documentation.

译文:请仔细阅读下列所有条款和规则，这些条款和规则将指导您如何使用软件产品和附备的文件资料。（重复了“这些条款”和“规则”）

（2）重复代词

例 3 Banks do not clear parcels addressed to them for account of drawees and the postal authorities may return them to the sender if uncleared 22 days after arrival.

译文:邮包寄给银行，银行不代付款人办理清关手续。货到邮局22天后， 来办理清关手续，邮局可将邮包退给发货人。（重复了“银行”和“邮包”等）

例 4 A bill of lading is usually made out in copies，some in duplicate，some in triplicate and some even in quadruplicate.

译文:提单缮制时，通常是一式几份，有的是两份，有的是三份，还有的甚至是四份。 (重复了“份”）

例 5 Generally we open for customers three kinds of credit. One is documentary letter of credit, another is revolving letter of credit and a third is travelers’letter of credit.

译文:我们通常为客户开列三种信用证：一种是跟单信用证，另一种是循环信用证，还有一种是旅行信用证。（重复了“种”）

例 6 We agree to set up agency relationship between our two banks so that you can transact business directly with the following domestic branches of ours.

译文:我们同意贵行与我行建立代理关系，这样贵行便可以同我国国内 (这些)分行直接办理业务了。（重复了“贵行”与“我行”）
